A Head of Delivery is judged on one thing: whether the organisation's stated intent and its actual output line up. When they don't, the usual causes are unclear priorities, hidden dependencies, or too much variability in how work moves through the system. Fixing that is the job.

I've run complex systems of record alongside incubators, keeping the show on the road while heading into the future, across financial services and SaaS, from start-up through FTSE 250. That means the delivery fixes are grounded in what actually happens on a live platform under real constraints, not a generic framework.

The practical side draws on the Cambridge Judge Business School CTO Programme, the Imperial College Professional Certificate in AI and Machine Learning, and ongoing work applying agentic workflows and AI-augmented engineering.
