I've held senior technology roles in FS and X-Tech, during the fastest technological and commercial revolutions of the century. I've scaled organisations from start-up into the FTSE 250, applying emerging technologies and methods to achieve successful outcomes. Running complex, regulated operational systems alongside incubators to keep the show on the road and focused on the future.

This provides a unique view of technology, operating models and strategies with the battle scars and situational awareness to understand how these play out in reality.

I've taken some time out to engage with the latest thinking and pursue diverse interests and opportunities: Cambridge Judge CTO Programme, the Imperial College Professional Certificate in AI & ML, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and AI-augmented engineering tooling - and a lot of surfing.

I work in advisory, interim management and hands-on capacities, applying the latest tech to business problems and opportunities. Engagements outside IR35.
